Designers – on the basis of the requirements collected they prepare a design of a system which is presented to the client. Creating a design requires active participation on the part of a client, an analyst and a designer.
System architects – on the basis of a design, the extra-functional requirements collected and their own experience, they propose architecture enabling to execute the system in an efficient way. Well selected architecture of the system accelerates the system implementation a great deal.
Programmers – persons implementing the system according to the stipulations included in the design. They are responsible for the realization of the vision of a designer and an analyst.
Testers – persons verifying the consistency of the system with the requirements of a user.
Implementation specialists – they install the system at the client’s premises, prepare the working environment for the system, execute necessary configuration works.
Coaches – conduct trainings for users on the system operation, they provide support and assistance when starting-up and every-day working with an application.
