In 2011, as part of the Submeasure 8.1.1 of the Human Capital Operational Programme, we filed an application for the funding of the implementation of a project entitled A higher Level of Maturity: competence, professionalism and efficiency.

We are happy to inform you that our application was positively assessed by the Project Committee and has been approved for implementation. We have received financial means which will enable us to improve our enterprise in 3 main aspects:

  • the organization of sales process (implementation of sales methodologies)
  • human resource management
  • quality management

We believe that continuous improvement in these areas will translate into satisfaction and tangible benefits for our customers, employees and the company itself. The project will involve the implementation of a long-term training programme. The aim is to gain thorough technical knowledge and gain valued industry certificates. In addition, all employees will benefit from interpersonal skills improvement trainings. Good communication on principle translates into better atmosphere at work and greater efficiency, which is an unquestionable benefit for the company. The support of the sales department will allow us to focus even more on the values that we provide to our customers. Technology and knowledge transfer, namely how we understand sales, is a challenge and requires constant improvement. This project makes it possible for us. The quality of supplied IT solutions is one of the core values for our customers. That is why within the next 2 years we will obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certificates.
