3Soft joins Hortonworks Partner Program

3Soft joined the Hortonworks Partnerworks Program as a Community ISV/IHV Partner and the first Gold Reseller Partner in Eastern Europe.

The partnership strenghtens 3Soft’s capacity to deliver Big Data solutions based on the Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP®) and Hortonworks DataFlow (HDF™).

The HDP technology stack was created by Apache Hadoop’s key architects, programmers and operators and includes all the components needed to manage an extensive cluster, as well as discovers the business values of using existing and new data sources. HDP allows running a variety of computing processes, applications and processing engines on cluster resources with optimal performance. Additionally, it provides an open platform that closely integrates with the existing IT infrastructure and related investments, which jointly enable building and running applications based on Hadoop technologies in an Enterprise class environment.

HDF enables faster and simpler streaming analytics by accelerating download, life cycle control and data analytics, and delivering them in real-time – in a local data center environment or in the cloud, with solutions integrated with Apache NiFi, Kafka and Storm.
