HR Generalist


What does HR Generalist do at Occubee?

  • supports management in decision-making related to people management
  • supports HR-related processes such as employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, succession planning, and learning & development
  • leverages people analytics and reporting techniques to understand people management indicators
  • leads recruitment by identifying relevant candidates, connect them with the hiring manager, interview them, issue offers, and onboard them efficiently

What do we expect from you?

  • ability to speak and write in Polish & English (C1)
  • prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a related position.
  • excellent communication, people and management skills
  • strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills
