3Soft took part in the Industrial Spring Fair in Kielce – one of the largest industry events for the industrial sector in Poland. During the event, the company was represented, among others, by Wojciech Tokarz, Project Manager at 3Soft, who delivered a presentation for the fair participants.

The Industrial Spring Fair is a cyclical event held at Targi Kielce, bringing together representatives of industry, technology providers, and experts in production and automation.

As part of several parallel events, solutions related to, among others, metal processing, robotics, maintenance, and digital transformation are presented. The fair provides a space not only for showcasing technologies but also for direct conversations between companies and specialists.

Meetings and exchange of experience

3Soft’s presence at the event was an opportunity for direct conversations with representatives of manufacturing companies and for observing current industry trends. Events like this foster the exchange of experiences and opinions, and help to better understand the challenges faced by industrial enterprises.

Expert presentation

During the fair, Wojciech Tokarz, Project Manager at 3Soft, also gave a presentation in which he shared his experience related to implementing IT and Artificial Intelligence projects in industrial companies. The presentation focused on the practical aspects of managing such projects and the challenges that arise in industrial environments, such as lack of system integration, absence of centralized data, or attempts to implement AI without a strategic approach.
