3Soft at Warsaw IT Days 2026

On March 19–20, another edition of Warsaw IT Days – one of the most important events for the Polish IT and Data Science community – will take place. Experts from 3Soft will also be among the speakers at the event.

On the second day of the conference, at PGE Narodowy, Marcin Dąbrowski, Chief AI Officer at 3Soft, will deliver a presentation. Participants will also be able to watch a talk by Przemysław Straszaka, Chief Operating Officer at 3Soft, available in VOD format.

A talk on language models and culture

On March 20 at 9:45 AM, Marcin Dąbrowski, Chief AI Officer at 3Soft, will take the stage at PGE Narodowy with a presentation titled “Citizen Bielik – How Citizens Teach a Model Culture.”

The talk will address the development of language models in a cultural context and the role of communities in the training process. The presentation will show how models can reflect local cultural context and how the community influences their development.

Analysis in legacy systems – modernize or rewrite?

A VOD presentation by Przemysław Straszak, Chief Operating Officer at 3Soft, will also be available, focusing on the role of analysis in legacy systems.

The talk will address one of the key dilemmas in IT environment modernization – whether to modernize existing systems, rewrite them from scratch, or leave them as they are. The presentation will show how business and technological analysis can help make the right decision.
