Workshops “Data and Artificial Intelligence in the organization”
Practical workshops that turn data and Artificial Intelligence into real business value
Data and Artificial Intelligence in the organization
The first, conscious step toward
a data- and AI-driven organization
Data and Artificial Intelligence are becoming key strategic assets today. Organizations collect vast amounts of data, invest in analytical tools, and test AI solutions, yet many still struggle to translate these efforts into concrete business decisions and measurable results.
The problem is rarely the technology itself. Much more often, there is a lack of clarity about:
- which areas of the company’s operations can realistically be supported by Artificial Intelligence solutions in a way that leads to measurable business benefits,
- which use cases are worth starting AI investments with, taking into account profitability, scalability, and real implementation feasibility,
- whether ready-made AI tools available on the market are sufficient and how to adapt them to the organization’s specific needs, or whether it is necessary to design a dedicated solution.
Our “Data and Artificial Intelligence in the organization” workshops were designed as a practical starting point. They help move from intuition and ideas to structured decisions, clearly defined priorities, and a concrete plan for next steps.
From data to real business value
Discover the business potential hidden in data
Every organization today has data – operational, transactional, analytical, or customer-related. What is often missing is a shared understanding of their potential and the direction in which they should be developed and used.
During the workshops, together with the client’s teams, we:
- analyze available data and its actual usefulness,
- identify areas where data and AI can deliver real business value,
- uncover bottlenecks and issues in current data and analytics processes,
- align data & AI initiatives with the organization’s business goals.
The result is a clear picture of opportunities, constraints, and priorities, enabling informed decision-making instead of experimenting blindly.

Workshops “Data and Artificial Intelligence in the organization”
Who are these workshops for?

The workshops are designed for organizations at different levels of data and Artificial Intelligence maturity, especially those that:
- want to start working with data and AI in a structured and strategic way,
- are already running analytics or AI initiatives but lack coherence and prioritization,
- need better alignment and understanding between business, IT, and analytics teams,
- want to avoid fragmented, costly experiments that deliver no real value.
The workshops are particularly valuable for people responsible for digital transformation, data strategy, analytics, AI, and business development.

A dedicated team of experts
A full day of workshop work preceded by analysis
Post-workshop support
What does the workshop process look like in practice?
From needs to recommendations and an action plan
The entire process usually takes around two weeks and is designed to smoothly move from understanding the situation to concrete recommendations.
- 01
-
Initial analysis (pre-work)
Before the workshops, after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and other required formal documents, we analyze the organization’s current needs and challenges, available data, IT architecture, and existing plans and roadmaps in the areas of data and Artificial Intelligence. Thanks to this, the workshops are grounded in the organization’s real context and focus on the most critical areas.
- 02
-
Full-day workshops with business and technology teams
The workshop itself is a full-day, intensive session with representatives from business, IT, and analytics. It begins with an inspirational session based on best practices and real-life examples, and then moves into hands-on workshop work on data, processes, AI use cases, and target development directions.
- 03
-
Summary, recommendations, and post-workshop support
After the workshops, we prepare a report summarizing the course of the workshops and recommendations for the use of data and Artificial Intelligence. It includes, among others, an AI use case matrix that takes into account the impact of individual initiatives on the organization and their feasibility, an initial outline of recommended solutions, target architecture development directions, and a proposed implementation roadmap, as well as support in the form of additional consultations.
Three key questions that help structure thinking about data and AI
What questions do the workshops answer?
When and why should data and AI be used?
- Which business problems truly matter, and where can AI deliver the greatest value?
What should the outcome be?
- How do we measure success, and how do data and AI initiatives support the organization’s long-term goals?
How should data- and AI-based solutions be implemented responsibly?
- What data do we need, what do we already have, and which platforms and architectures make sense?
- Should we implement off-the-shelf tools, or do we need dedicated Artificial Intelligence solutions?
- Should we choose cloud-based solutions or on-premises ones?
Thanks to this approach, AI implementation is purposeful, responsible, and aligned with strategy – not driven by short-term hype.
Workshop outcomes
Tangible results and workshop deliverables
The outcome of the workshops is a set of concrete deliverables that genuinely support decision-making and next steps.
The organization receives:
- a structured list of data and AI use cases,
- a prioritization matrix (business impact vs. implementation effort),
- an initial assessment of scale, complexity, and benefits of the solutions,
- high-level solution and architecture models (including recommendations – cloud or on-premises),
- an implementation roadmap showing sequence and dependencies.
These results reduce risk, bring clarity to the direction of activities, and provide a solid foundation for the next stages.

Approach to prioritizing AI initiatives
How do we prioritize AI initiatives?
A key element of the workshops is the prioritization of identified data and Artificial Intelligence use cases.
After the workshops, we create a structured overview of initiatives along with an assessment of the trade-off between:
- potential business impact,
- and the estimated effort required to design and implement them.
Each use case is analyzed in terms of impact (e.g. cost optimization, additional revenue) and feasibility (data availability, analytical complexity, critical dependencies).
Based on this, we classify initiatives as:
- priority initiatives,
- quick wins,
- long-term investments,
- lower-priority actions or initiatives suitable for selective execution.
The outcome is a clear recommendation on which use cases are worth starting with, based on data, shared workshop discussions, and 3Soft’s experience from delivering previous projects.

Workshops “Data and Artificial Intelligence in the organization”
Our approach and methodology
We deliver our workshops based on Design Thinking – a proven workshop methodology that combines business needs, user perspectives, and technological capabilities.
This approach allows us not only to generate ideas, but above all to focus on the right problems and guide them toward real, implementable solutions.
Design Thinking provides a collaborative framework in which data and Artificial Intelligence are analyzed in the context of the organization’s real challenges, rather than in isolation from them.
The role of Design Thinking in the workshop process
Design Thinking as the foundation for further actions

Applying Design Thinking in the workshops ensures that the resulting recommendations:
- are better aligned with the organization’s real-world context,
- gain stronger stakeholder buy-in,
- provide a solid foundation for next stages such as PoC, MVP, or production deployment.
As a result, the workshops are not a one-off event, but a conscious starting point for a coherent data & AI development journey.

The PoC phase enables a fast and cost-effective analysis and assessment of the business potential of a selected use case. It allows assumptions to be validated in practice, reducing the risk of further investments.
- 02
-
Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
An MVP is an operational solution focused on key functionalities, working end-to-end from the outset. It enables real-world use of the solution and the collection of insights needed for further development.
- 03
-
Operationalization
During the operationalization stage, the solution is further developed and stabilized, and methodologies and processes are expanded to increase efficiency and organizational readiness.
- 04
-
Production-ready solution
The final stage is the deployment of a high-performance production solution, used across multiple use cases and creating synergy between different data sources.
