Management Board
Michał Krzesiak
Chief Executive Officer I President of the Management Board
Responsible for the software house division of 3Soft. He focuses on improving software development processes, taking into account the individual nature of each project. His work is centered on the strategic growth of the company and building organizational maturity.
Throughout his career, he has managed numerous projects, always guided by the principle: “IT solutions should create and enhance business value.” He is the co-founder and co-author of an application supporting the treatment process of white blood cell disorders, combining medicine, data science, and IT.
He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Silesian University of Technology. He is a member of the Program Council for the Accounting and Taxation program at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Tomasz Mirowski
Chief Technology Officer I Member of the Management Board
Joined 3Soft in 2017 as an IT Architect. Since September 2021, as Chief Technology Officer, he has been responsible for the Data Management Department. In February 2024, he became a Member of the Management Board.
He began his career working as an IT expert for one of the largest Polish banks.
He graduated in Computer Science from the Opole University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Big Data and Advanced Data Analysis Systems at WSB Academy.
He holds numerous licenses and certificates issued by Microsoft, Hortonworks, and IBM, confirming his cloud competencies as well as his knowledge of the Hadoop platform.
