Breaking the ice
Meeting with your future supervisor
Practical task or test
First, we’ll invite you to a conversation with an HR representative. We’ll ask about your professional experience, projects, education, and your expectations regarding the new job. You’ll also get to know 3Soft better and learn more about the position you’re applying for.
The next stage is an interview with the manager of the department looking for an employee. This will be your future supervisor – a technical person who will answer your questions about the technologies used, programming languages, and project management methods.
The final stage checks your theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as your analytical thinking skills.
