Quality control of petrochemical and refinery product manufacturing processes is supported by the Eliot IT system – implemented by 3Soft specialists based on guidelines provided by PKN ORLEN and maintained under a high SLA regime.

Eliot ensures the digitalization of processes supporting quality testing – from the moment crude oil is purchased to the release of products with quality certificates.
The system makes it possible to include Group companies, as well as external laboratories (i.e., outside the Group). It allows parameterization of supported processes, e.g., defining financial parameters. It is flexible in terms of changes in processed raw materials and product recipes, and it enables integration with other Client systems. Thanks to multilingual support – at both the user interface and data levels – and compliance with standards applicable in domestic and global markets, Eliot is adapted to the realities of working in PKN ORLEN’s international environment.
The Eliot IT system meets high security requirements as well as software quality and operational continuity standards, ensuring 24/7 operation under a rigorous SLA.
It also delivers high performance, allowing smooth operation even under heavy loads generated by over 300 concurrent users (with about 2,500 active users in total). The scope of changes, developed jointly with PKN ORLEN, is carried out by the 3Soft team as part of the system’s ongoing development. Automated compilation processes and delivery of subsequent software versions enable efficient implementation of new changes across all environments.
