16 December 2021

3Soft S.A. is implementing the project called “SupplAI system that automates and optimises supply chain planning, using computational intelligence methods – including sales forecasting – for online analysis of very large data sets allowing companies in the retail industry to reduce waste and increase efficiency”, under the Intelligent Development Programme (Sub-measure 1.1.1 Industrial research and development works carried out by enterprises).

The SupplAI project aims to develop a system that automates and optimises a group of business processes related to supply chain planning. The main area of the system is to improve the efficiency of processes: integration of sales channels (online, offline), business monitoring (KPI – Key Performance Indicators), strategic planning (ordering goods to warehouses based on demand and sales forecasts at all organisational levels), return forecasting, monitoring and detecting global (concerning a group of points of sale – e.g. area, but also market trends – e.g. product reviews) and local trends in sales changes.
