Management board
Michał Krzesiak
Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for the software house division of 3Soft. He is in charge of improving software development processes, taking into account the individual nature of the projects implemented. He is focused on the strategic development of the company and building organisational maturity.
He has managed many projects in his career. In all of them, he followed the principle: “IT solutions should create and enhance business value”. He is the originator and co-developer of an app to support the treatment process for lymphoblastic leukaemia combining medicine, data science and computer science.
He supports socially important initiatives, such as the onkorodzice.pl portal. He is involved in charity, including the Iskierka Foundation and the Dom Aniołów Stróżów.
He is a graduate of Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology. He sits on the Program Board for the Accounting and Taxation program at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Outside of work, he is passionate about new technologies and theoretical physics, as well as a marathon runner (current personal best – 3:37). He spends his free time with his children on bike trips or reading historical and geopolitical novels. As in business, privately he believes that “computers are for people, not the other way around.”
Tomasz Mirowski
Chief Technology Officer I Member of the Board
In 2017, joined 3Soft as an IT Architect. Since September 2021, responsible for the Data Management Department as Chief Technology Officer. Since February 2024, Member of the Board.
Graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Opole University of Technology. Completed postgraduate studies in Big Data and Advanced Data Analytics Systems at the WSB Academy. Holds numerous licences and certifications from, among others, Microsoft, Hortonworks and IBM, proving cloud competence, as well as knowledge of the Hadoop platform.
Worked for one of the largest Polish banks as an IT expert at the beginning of his career.
On a private level, a husband, father and enthusiast of music, whatever the genre. Also a fan of new technologies and electronic gadgets.
