reaches out to the SMB market in Poland
executes of sales activities such as prospecting, researching, late funnel follow, cold-calling, and more
generates and ownership of a high-quality pipeline of potential customers
researches clients prior to contact
sales based on LinkedIn and email/video conversations
schedules mini workshops for Account Executives
seamless hand-offs of qualified leads to Account Executives
maintains and leveraging of own’s and company’s good professional image
leads internal meetings,
compliances with CRM procedures and sales processes,
timely cares for the quality and accuracy of sales data in internal systems

ability to speak and write in Polish & English (B2-C1)
excellent communication skills
to have great organization skills
to be a fast learner and open for giving & receiving feedback
to be challenge oriented and creative, willing to build an A-player’s environment
to be comfortable with c-level management
to be confident and not easily distracted or discouraged by difficult questions
