We are looking for Data Analysis Team Leader, who will be a part of Business and Data Analysis team.
What does Customer Success Integration Manager do?
- Building procedures and work standards in the field of customer support at different stages of the Occubee product implementation
- Analysis of client’s source data
- Customer support in data preparation at the implementation stage
- Analysis and evaluation of Occubee results (sales forecasts, demand, orders, etc.)
- Participation in technical meetings with the client
- Analysis of requirements and preparation of dedicated reports and dashboards for the client
- Support in handling requests as part of maintaining the Occubee product
- Creating internal and external documentation
- Cooperation with production teams at the product development stage
- Planning and coordinating the team’s work, ongoing support and motivation
- Taking part in recruitment processes
