Head of Demand generation & growth


Occubee is a cutting-edge SaaS platform, which enhances retailers and manufacturers impact on their financial and operational performance by optimizing their supply chain processes. Occubee provides demand forecasting and replenishment by using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We are looking for Head of Demand generation & growth, who will be a part of Marketing and Sales team.

What does Head of Demand generation & growth do?

  • Build and execute inbound & outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Execute, measure & refine a creative, compelling, and effective marketing revenue strategy.
  • Be responsible for TOFU, MOFU, BOFU & revenue contribution attributed to marketing, from MQL’s translated into win deals.
  • Deliver high quality marketing campaigns, automations, and funnels with precision.
  • Develop a strong marketing team in Poland & Latin America.

What do we expect from you?

  • Team player and high performer.
  • Has performed under revenue goals.
  • Has marketed products at a price point of + 100 k USD ACV in SaaS.
  • Experience in a demand generation leadership role, preferably in SaaS B2B SMB.
  • Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems, deep know-how on tool stack.
  • Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize conversion rates across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Demonstrable success delivering earned (SEO/SEM, website, email), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), owned channels (web, webinar, podcast) demand generation.
  • Direct experience managing MDR or SDR or proven success in working closely with MDR or SDR.
  • Data acquisition-management knowledge to support lead nurturing and outbound programs.
  • Highly quantitative with a very strong understanding of data.
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent decision-making skills regarding allocating marketing investments.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Understand and speak English .
