Key Account Manager

What does a Key Account Manager do?
- Lead Handling – Efficiently managing potential customers from both the European markets, analyzing these opportunities, and striving to convert them into successful transactions.
- Upselling – Identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships with existing customers by offering them new and innovative solutions.
- Building and Maintaining Customer’s Relationships – Creating and nurturing long-term, partnership-based relationships with our customers is essential. This involves effective communication and providing support to meet their needs.
- Representing the Company at Industry Events – Actively participating in industry events, such as conferences, and other related activities.
- Supporting Brand Building on Social Media – Engaging on social media platforms to contribute to building a positive image of our company.
- Cooperating with the Marketing Team – Working closely with the marketing team, actively participating in the acquisition of new customers by identifying potential markets and opportunities. This includes strengthening our customer relationships, driving growth, and effectively representing our company in the market.
What do we expect?
- Proven Experience – You should have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Customer Relationship Expertise – Building enduring customer connections should be your specialty, with the ability to forge long-term partnerships.
- Sales Agility – Sales should be in your DNA, and you approach each interaction with a strategic and proactive mindset, consistently achieving positive outcomes.
- Results-Oriented Attitude – You should be driven by goals.
- Independence and Commitment are your essential attributes.
- Language Proficiency – Your English proficiency should be at a C1 level, showcasing strong communication skills.
- CRM Proficiency – You are able to navigate them with ease.
- MS Office Mastery – PowerPoint and Excel should be your trusted tools.
Bonus Points for:
- Nordic Language Proficiency – Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages at a C1 level or higher.
- IT Sales Experience – A history in IT sales adds a valuable dimension to your profile.
