Technical Writer

Occubee is a cutting-edge SaaS platform, which enhances retailers and manufacturers impact on their financial and operational performance by optimizing their supply chain processes. Occubee provides demand forecasting and replenishment by using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
We are looking for Technical Writer, who will be a part of Quality Assurance team. This person will also support Commercial and Data Science Departments.
What does Technical Writer do?
- maintaining and coordinating the process of creating business and technical documentation for the Occubee platform
- cooperation with Data Science, Business and Data analysis, Core Development teams
- coordinating the process of translating documentation connected with Occubee platform into English and Spanish
- preparation of test scenarios for instructional videos for Clients
- preparation of texts and substantive materials for instructional videos and for the Marketing Department
- maintaining and coordinating the process of creating Release Notes of the Occubee platform
- direct cooperation with Customer Success team
- supporting role for QA Team and UX designer
What do we expect from you?
- experience as a Technical Writer or similar
- experience in editing business and technical documentation
- knowledge of tools for creating business and technical documentation, e.g. Markdown, Confluence
- the ability to draw logical conclusions from multiple data sources
- attention to details
- English at C2 level
- Spanish at C2 level
Good to have:
- experience in testing web applications
- experience in working with products in the SaaS model
- experience in working in an agile software development process
