Przemysław Straszak is promoted to Chief Production Officer at 3Soft

Przemysław Straszak, who has worked for 3Soft for 15 years, joined the management staff at the beginning of November. In his newly created position of Chief Production Officer he will be responsible for supervising software development for ongoing and future projects.

Przemysław Straszak joined 3Soft in 2006. He was one of the first employees hired by the company founders. He has many years of experience in programming in various languages, extensive knowledge of the latest IT technologies and solid team management skills. He has been involved in major IT projects for clients representing the industry, banking and retail sectors.

In the role of Chief Production Officer he will coordinate the activities of the Software Development, Quality Assurance & User Support and Business Analysis teams. He will be responsible for ongoing analysis of the progress of work and for monitoring the quality of products delivered by subordinate departments. He will be involved in preparing offers, designing budgets and contacting key customers. His responsibilities will also include supporting employee development and conducting in-company training courses in that area.
