Tomasz Mirowski is the new CTO at 3Soft

We are strengthening the 3Soft management team. Tomasz Mirowski, the previous Head of DevOps & Data Engineering, has taken the position of the Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for building and developing the company’s competencies in selected data management technologies.

Tomasz Mirowski is an expert in data engineering and process automation. He has worked in the IT industry for over 18 years. He joined 3Soft in March 2017. He has solid experience in designing and implementing business applications, as well as Big Data and cloud technologies. He has implemented complex IT projects for betting, automotive and retail companies, and for the largest banks in Poland.

As the CTO, he will be in charge of an over 35-strong Data Management department consisting of DevOps & Data Engineering and Data Analysis teams. He will supervise activities related to preparing concepts of system architectures and defining the production environment. His tasks will also include analysis of technological trends and their implementation in projects carried out at the interface between IT and business.
